Ingredients
- 1 cup Seviyan (Vermicelli)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1/4 cup Almonds, Cashews, Raisins
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1/4 tsp Saffron
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
Instructions
- Heat ghee, roast seviyan until brown.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron, nutmeg powder, almonds, cashews, and raisins.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
