Seviyan Image

Ingredients


  • 1 cup Seviyan (Vermicelli)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Almonds, Cashews, Raisins
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder

Instructions


  • Heat ghee, roast seviyan until brown.
  • Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron, nutmeg powder, almonds, cashews, and raisins.
  • Cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
