Lemon-Rice Image

Ingredients


  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp Chana Dal
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Curry Leaves

Instructions


  • Cook rice and let it cool.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and curry leaves.
  • Add turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add cooked rice and mix well.
  • Squeeze lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot.
