Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 1 tsp Chana Dal
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Curry Leaves
Instructions
- Cook rice and let it cool.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and curry leaves.
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Squeeze lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot.
