Ingredients


  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Moong Dal
  • 1/2 cup Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions


  • Prepare the dough with flour, salt, and water. Let it rest.
  • Mix moong dal and urad dal with cumin, red chilli, coriander, garam masala, and salt.
  • Make small balls of dough, fill with dal mixture, and seal.
  • Roll out the stuffed dough balls into flat circles.
  • Heat a griddle, cook the kachori with oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
