Ingredients
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the dough with flour, salt, and water. Let it rest.
- Mix mashed potatoes with cumin, red chilli, coriander, garam masala, and salt.
- Make small balls of dough, fill with potato mixture, and seal.
- Roll out the stuffed dough balls into flat circles.
- Heat a griddle, cook the paratha with oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
